It was snowing that day and every car in the lot was spotless. The next this we noticed was the condition of the cars and how immaculately clean they were inside and out. Inside, we were greeted with an honest "Hello", no pressure and an eagerness to service. Mike was excellent taking us on as many test drives as we needed, answering every question in detail, ensuring we liked the car, helping us choose based on needs and everything about the buying and financing process. You could tell he actually liked his job and looked out for his customers. His personality was very pleasant and he was very patient.
