No room to test vehicles, you can barely even move between them. They purposefully park the vehicles so that the areas with damage are tucked away from sight. The worst part was the ape of a man manager. Now you see why Siggy is miserable. Rude and unwelcoming, you feel like you are talking to a wannabe mob boss. He basically told us at one point, "You're not welcome here", after we attempted to negotiate a price on two vehicles. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. All you'll find here overpriced trash. More
NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE WARNING! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. All Their cars are garbage, my wife and I went there 4 1/2 yrs ago to buy a used car a 2010 Nissan Sentra w WARNING! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. All Their cars are garbage, my wife and I went there 4 1/2 yrs ago to buy a used car a 2010 Nissan Sentra with 3600 miles when we were purchasing the vehicle Pacifically asked if there was any frame damage. And the car salesman told us no frame damage is just been in one car accident. After 4 1/2 years we decide to sell the car at Carmax and they did a check on the car and it showed up frame damage. So the Carmax offered us a lot $2000 we paid $14000 cash for the car I called this Midway Autohaus and they told me no there is no frame damage and Carmax just wants to rob you for your car, but Carmax did a complete vehicle check and it clearly says it. So I went back to the dealership they said they might buy the car from me so when I got there the owner then told me himself that they told us before we purchase it. Which was a big fat lie if we knew there was frame damage we would have not bought the car cash or purchase it at all. When we were giving the money to the sales guy he made me sign some papers but you didn't have the whole thing to think about it now the reason was they were hiding the rest of the Carfax but they have our initial signing that we thought if we have known this in the beginning we would have not bought the car cash or purchase it at all. When we were giving the money to the sales guy he made me sign some papers but you didn't have the whole thing to think about it now the reason was they were hiding the rest of the Carfax but they have our initial signing that we saw,Be careful of the tricks because they will get you, they lie about everything they tell you is a lie. All their cars are bad and damages on them that you wont know till later on when it's time for you to sell your car. If you want to buy a good car go to Carmax or go to a real dealership but never ever trust Midway autohaus. They will scam you they will pretend to be your friend. They will not be honest but in the back of their mind they know they're getting you in the long run. Warning to everyone do not trust this dealership do not buy from this dealership I promise you you will regret it. It's run by foreigners from Poland in their country they do all kinds of illegal stuff and which they think they can do it here in most of the time they get away with it because they are well-trained to hide stuff and miss lead people. here in most of the time they get away with it because they are well-trained to hide stuff and miss lead people. Sells cars with frame damage Run the other way! They sell vehicles with frame damage. I asked about prior damage to the vehicle and was given the CarFax report. We trusted this (a Run the other way! They sell vehicles with frame damage. I asked about prior damage to the vehicle and was given the CarFax report. We trusted this (and them), purchased the vehicle. We got it to the shop only to find out 3 of the 4 rims were bent! We've put almost $5000 into the vehicle and now here we are about a year+ later wanting to trade in and we're told there was frame damage that was repaired and they showed us the AutoCheck that stated it was sold at auction (to Midway) with frame damage. Now we're well under value as that greatly depreciated the cars value. Learn from our mistake and DO NOT SHOP HERE, DISHONEST seller. More

I bought an Audi A6 there every thing was fine until i went to trade it in. The carfax i was givin by autohaus was a fake the car I bought from them had structural damage which they conveniently removed from the carfax they gave me. auto haus told me it was just a minor fender bender which was a flat out lie!!!!! If you absolutely must buy a car from these crooks double check EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU get your own carfax take the car to your own mechanic and have it checked out top to bottom. And by NO Means Buy their extended warranty its garbage getting anything fixed by this company is next to impossible and takes weeks for them to approve any repairs. I still have the altered Carfax they gave me and now the carfax that Audi Gave me going to pursue legal action if possible. True to Chicago form in my opinion these guys are liars and crooks. Potential buyer, but not any more!!! This dealership has no respect to clients, especially their manager or whatever his position there, Mike. Here is my experience with this disrespec This dealership has no respect to clients, especially their manager or whatever his position there, Mike. Here is my experience with this disrespectful people. First I called them to say that I am coming to check out 2014 Lexus ES 350 they had in their inventory. When I got there, the sales person who met me there, her name was Natalia, requested my social security number to check my credit score before letting me to test drive the car. I refused, because first I wanted to check out the car and see if I like it. Btw I have an excellent credit score and income. They agreed to let me test drive it. I liked the car and started the negotiation process with Mike. We agreed that he can go down $300. I asked to give me time till next day to think about it. Next day I called Mike and asked if the car was still available. He said that yes, the car is still available and waiting for me and told me to come over. He told me he can go down another $100 and fill up the tank. I agreed on that and told him that I am coming and first I am stopping by the bank to get $5000 down payment. He agreed on that. I was there one hour later with down payment on my hands. When I came there I saw someone taking it for a test drive, I got inside and they told me the car is sold and that the customer went to the bank to get cash (it was after 6 pm at that time). They also said that the client has already signed all the documents and left them a deposit for this car. I was supper surprised by their “professionalism “. I left them my phone # and asked them to call me back if smth changes. 40 mins later I received a call from Mike. He said that this customer is coming back on Saturday to buy this car for full price, but if I want I can beat him and buy it today for the same price as he. REALLY? I told him why is that? I can buy it for the price we agreed with him earlier that same day. He answered that that is the way this business is, that when I spoke with him earlier it was one price, and an hour later it is different, that prices go up. IS IT AN AUCTION? I thought it was a dealership, not a car auction! Can you imagine how these guys are screwing up their clients? Now put yourself in the shoes of that “customer” that as they said left a deposit for this car and was coming back for it few day later! SORRY MAN, WE SOLD YOUR CAR!!!??? Stay away from this so cold professional dealership! Their sales people will screw your over. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
NO WAY DON'T do it people. Greg (big boss) told me he'll have my car waxed and buffed for when I pick it up..... Good one I got a car wash once I got home DON'T do it people. Greg (big boss) told me he'll have my car waxed and buffed for when I pick it up..... Good one I got a car wash once I got home.. MINOR thing all good no worries. Car needed some minor paint touch ups (probably bc Greg was driving it everyday) soooooo I had to chase them down till they finally sent my paint they said they would (3 weeks later after I had to reach out, again&again) Bought the car with a little over 27,000 miles.... I knew Greg was driving it everyday till I put down the down payment and could pick up the car on the weekend... Come back car is up another 150miles... with a cigarette burn in the drivers seat and a cigarette (one of those skinny girly ones) in my cup holder Next thing...Everything should be disclosed correct? WELLLLL no one told me my AC doesn't work...Torn hose etc...AKA $700 out of my pocket! Mannnnnnnnnnnnn JUST don't do it.... otherwise if you really like the car go for it but just budget an extra 500-2000$ for needed repairs ONCE you pull off the lot. I don't usually write reviews but when you play with people's hard working money it's just flat out wrong. More
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and none of which have provided me more trouble than the one I bought from Midway Autohaus. The sales manager is very arrogant an cars in my lifetime and none of which have provided me more trouble than the one I bought from Midway Autohaus. The sales manager is very arrogant and rude. They market the cars with low prices, but believe me you will end up paying with all the repairs you will need. They sold me an Audi which looked ok, but was mechanically in very poor condition. A month after my purchase, when I took it to the Audi dealership in Westmont, they couldn't even believe this car was on the market in this condition. They told me that the oil looked like it had not been changed in years and couple months later, I needed to replace the transmission, starter, tires, and alternator. I had to get rid of the car within 6 months after my purchase because I could not continue to pay for all the continued repairs it needed. My friend also bought a Land Rover around the same time and needed to replace the engine within a year after his purchase. In the winter as you drive by Midway Autohaus, you will see porters jump starting the cars on their sales lot. This place needs to be shut down for selling nothing but junk! More
