Re-review My initial review was rather poor due to my initial experience being rather poor... however, the dealership did step up and offered to take a look at My initial review was rather poor due to my initial experience being rather poor... however, the dealership did step up and offered to take a look at the vehicle I had just purchased. All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. Jason in sales and Chris in service were the saving points of this dealership and I am very appreciative of them both. Thank you for turning this around. If this level of service and care had been employed when my issues had first been reported, I would have happily given this dealership a 5 star rating. More
