This is just the beginning, have been a loyal customer to this establishment for over several years, and by far the biggest WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have EVER gotten, Dallas you absolutely suck to the hig this establishment for over several years, and by far the biggest WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have EVER gotten, Dallas you absolutely suck to the highest degree and the ENTIRE service department will be exposed for how you have gone about handling business with me, the ball has been dropped on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS and for this very reason I will be going to the news, social media, and will let everyone I know who to not do business with this establishment at all. And you can put my life on it. It has been going on 6 xxxxing months, I've called, texted and almost 6 months later Cody decides to call me!!!! More

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one answers the phones, high employee turnover. We had to drive there if we wanted to talk to someone. They had my car for 4.5 months blatantly lying to us for months that it was being worked on. When we finally demanded to see my car, it had been sitting outside (with a broken sunroof) completely untouched. For 4.5months. I love my Telluride, but will never buy another Kia again due to the poor customer service. It was a nightmare. More

I made an appointment for a few recalls, plus a brake issue. Recall parts had to be ordered yet the shop was aware of my appointment. Parts should have been ordered before the car was scheduled. The brakes were repaired without approval. No phone calls to update me on the progress of the repairs. I’ve been using your service since 2015, the shop has reached an all time low. Not sure what has happened, but hopefully it will get better. More

On May 12,2025 I returned to the service department to complete all repairs and left the vehicle. I was anticipating an overnight stay for the vehicle. Patrick Conaway was the service representative on both visits. He kept me informed on everything they would be completing and the time frame. To my surprise the vehicle was completed in record time and was able to pick vehicle later that day. Thanks to Patrick and the mechanic David Neeley. More
