Not as satisfied The service desk is always so helpful and friendly but the maintenance crew every time I come in told it includes vacuum and wash(rinse) and every tim The service desk is always so helpful and friendly but the maintenance crew every time I come in told it includes vacuum and wash(rinse) and every time either they don’t run through washer or they don’t vacuum and this time I was told they vacuumed well yeah the front of the car but didn’t even touch the back so for 60 bucks you would think they would have done both! May be looking into other options for future! More

I Was Spoiled at Lexus When I arrived for my scheduled service, there was no one who greeted me. Even when I went inside, I was ignored until I made myself known. One man even walked past me without even offering help. Anyway the service was done and I was there about 45 min which was fine. My car was washed and vacuumed. I wish they would shine the tires. Nice girls at check in and to pay for service but too busy to ask me about the short in license plate light but wrote a note telling me that it was ou Nice girls at check in and to pay for service but too busy to ask me about the short in license plate light but wrote a note telling me that it was out and also advised me to have service done that this service department did on 7/18/2017. Except for wiper blades and an emergency tire, no one has serviced this vehicle except this service department and I have trusted it to help me keep my vehicle in the best condition. I am disappointed my loyalty seems misplaced. Perhaps I am expecting too much to be spoken to at the time of service or to have my service record at this facility reviewed? If there are more important customers being serviced at the same time, please let me know and I will consider alternatives. More
