Nice girls at check in and to pay for service but too busy to ask me about the short in license plate light but wrote a note telling me that it was ou Nice girls at check in and to pay for service but too busy to ask me about the short in license plate light but wrote a note telling me that it was out and also advised me to have service done that this service department did on 7/18/2017. Except for wiper blades and an emergency tire, no one has serviced this vehicle except this service department and I have trusted it to help me keep my vehicle in the best condition. I am disappointed my loyalty seems misplaced. Perhaps I am expecting too much to be spoken to at the time of service or to have my service record at this facility reviewed? If there are more important customers being serviced at the same time, please let me know and I will consider alternatives. More

Great work! Every time I go in, everyone in the service dept is friendly & helpful. I took it in 15 minutes before the service dept closed but Crystal took my car back & got it aired up, along with the other 3 tires. Awsome customer service The airconditioning was not working in my Kia Santafe. Travis got me in that day.
