Customer service excellent, tech careless The customer service person, Krystal, did an awesome job and communicated well. She sought to cover the repair under warranty. May be looking into other options for future! More

I Was Spoiled at Lexus When I arrived for my scheduled service, there was no one who greeted me. Even when I went inside, I was ignored until I made myself known.
