Worth the wait According to the indicator light on my dash, the passenger side air bag wasn’t working. Travis told me to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. According to the indicator light on my dash, the passenger side air bag wasn’t working. Travis told me to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle so I wasn’t afoot. They had my car for three weeks; however, it was well worth the wait because they took the time necessary to fix it right! Travis was sure to give me updates regularly which I appreciated. After my car was fixed, they took the time to detail it for me! They really go above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier wit the service!! Thank you Travis and the KIA service team!! More

Always Top Notch Made an appointment online to bring in my 2017 Kia Sorento for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Staff greeted me while I was still in my car, Made an appointment online to bring in my 2017 Kia Sorento for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Went in for 5,000 mile check-up Easy to make an appointment on the website...got a headsup on the time involved via text message--appreciated that. Arrived a little early was greeted by Greg...he promptly took care of things...came into waiting area to tell me about two recalls, gave me an updated estimate on time. Finished on schedule, said he would call when special order recall part came in...I notice on the service report when I got home that my phone number was wrong...emailed Midtown..change was made. Greg called as promised...made appointment, brought car in (service area was packed), but the recall issue was fixed in a little more than 30 minutes. Appreciated the care and concern and courtesy of Greg Stutzman. Sounds funny to write this, but I look forward to my 10,000 mile check-up. More
