Tire Replacement I came in needing a new tire but they didn’t have one in stock. They ordered one and it came in next day. He even explained to me why some tires can be patched and other can’t do to certain regulations which is awesome information just in case later on in life someone try’s to take more money from me. The Kia service department always looks super clean and they always offer me water or coffee. I don’t remember the service techs name but he was super friendly as well as the ladies at the desk. I’ve never had a bad experience at Kia Midtown. Greg was definitely awesome! More

Cluster I was given a complimentary oil change after buying my car as they couldn’t determine if my car had a current one or not. When I arrived, no one ackno I was given a complimentary oil change after buying my car as they couldn’t determine if my car had a current one or not. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me, I was passed back and forth between three people trying to determine if my oil change and loaner car were really not coming out of my pocket. After 30 minutes, I was finally in a loaner that was dirty, had trash in it and smelled of mildew. Not a great first impression of the service department I’ll be needing to use for several more years. When I returned to get my car, my car is now dirty on the inside as well. They don’t seem to care about maintaining the interior of vehicles. More
