Midtown Kia - Service Center

Poorly informed. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call inf I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call informing me of how things were going if they need to order parts or what exactly was wrong with my car. So by the time my work day is over I call to see if it's ready just to find out they are keeping it over night. Thus having to find a ride home and to work the next day. There was absolutely no need for them to keep it over night. They definitely stretched it out costing me more money for the labor. More

Service Rick and all employee in service area are friendly. The service is prompt.. Very kind and quick I was very happy with their service they got me in and out in a very timely manner the only thing I was a little upset about was the oil change was a I was very happy with their service they got me in and out in a very timely manner the only thing I was a little upset about was the oil change was almost twice as much as it used to be at the dealership that I previously used otherwise it was a great place and a great experience. Had a flat after hours and had to get a motel ($175.00). They plugged it the next morning, but didn’t work. I returned and had to buy a new tire ($180.00). service Department under staffed Service department doesn’t return calls for appointments. I called two days in a row, left messages but no return call.
