My granddaughter enjoyed some time in the playroom before they brought the loaner vehicle up. They went the extra mile to make sure her wheelchair would fit in the vehicle. I mentioned that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they found a nail in it and plugged it free of charge! My visit, which I had dreaded, turned out to be amazing! Many thanks! Took Soul in for Recall Service I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours to fix an issue due to a recall. I showed up to pick up the car after two hours and it wasn’t ready. No one calle I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours to fix an issue due to a recall. I showed up to pick up the car after two hours and it wasn’t ready. No one called to tell me it was delayed. I had to wait another 45 minutes. No one in service checked in to give me updates during the extra time. However the owner was there and checked in with me, apologized & offered me snacks/drinks. FYI they have tons of snacks & drinks in the waiting room. They’re all free & a nice amenity. I had my young nieces with me & they kept occupied in the playroom (although the toys look like they could use a cleaning). Overall the service was good but the communication was poor. More
