Service techs don’t do their jobs First off, this is the third time for this survey. Heather was great with communication and checking on the car. We dropped the car off on a Monday w First off, this is the third time for this survey. Heather was great with communication and checking on the car. We dropped the car off on a Monday with the following concerns 1- needed an oil change 2 - rear door wouldn’t open from inside or outside 3 - there are 2 sensors that go off every time you get in the car from the day we bought it, it has been in two other times for that specific problem and still hasn’t been fixed. We were told it would be one day. The next day we were told everything was fixed and completed, we drove back to pick up our car. The door wasn’t fixed and both sensors were still going off. We left the car and then were told it would take a week to fix the door because a part was shipped from Chicago apparently via walking. We finally got the car back and the door was finally fixed, But the 2 sensors still haven’t been. This in my opinion is very piss pour service. I have you a one star because of Heathers service and I can’t put no stars. I have bought two cars from you and I’m getting ready to buy another but doubt (based off this and other experiences with your service department) it will be from MidTown which is really disappointing because you have a new sales Rep Jade that I have been friends with since she was a child. More

Used to recommend kia I used to highly recommend kia, not anymore. Appointments are recommended but not honored. At one point I asked for a list of what I needed done with I used to highly recommend kia, not anymore. Appointments are recommended but not honored. At one point I asked for a list of what I needed done with every intention of getting it done there. Never got it. My most recent recall, light came back on after it was "fixed" I was told it may cost me $100 to find out what may be wrong. May be my problem may be theirs, not willing to bet $100 bucks on it. Treatment over the last few years lost you a loyal Kia customer. More

Heather was Awesome, the other guy, not so much! When I first walked in Heather greeted us! She made sure one of the men at the front was aware that I was there, because she was about to leave. When she repeated herself, obviously for the sake of making sure he heard her, he rudely replied “I’ll get to them!” Heather went ahead and got me checked in, all the while with a smile on her face! The rude man (I really wish I had gotten his name) never once acknowledged me or looked away from the screen he was scowling at! Heather, must have noticed how awkward the whole thing made me feel because she kept apologizing! She was so professional and kind, and I honestly appreciated that! Everything else about my visit was awesome, including getting to see all the dogs in the building! The rudeness of the one man really irked me, and I honestly feel like he needs a lesson in customer service, but alas Heather saved the day and made me feel like an appreciated customer! More
