ABSOLUTE WORST! Well they sold me a lemon. It’s been in the shop more then I’ve drove it and I’ve had it since July. Needed a entire new transmission. They can lie li Well they sold me a lemon. It’s been in the shop more then I’ve drove it and I’ve had it since July. Needed a entire new transmission. They can lie lie lie! First I bough the car but was given a “loaner” for what was suppose to be 1-2 days to get supposedly only new breaks and new tires. Well a week later I finally got my car. The previous owner had a PAST TIME device on there which midtown Kia was suppose to remove and they failed to. So I go to work and come out and guess what doesn’t start! MY CAR! Why because they failed to remove it and the previous owner didn’t make the payment because they had traded it. So they gave me a code to get it turned on to get it to the dealership. Got it removed and then went to Missouri. Well about an hour into my trip my car is no longer running properly. It won’t shift, my RPMs are stuck and I loose speed. Pulled over on the side of I-44 which is HIGHLY unsafe. Called them and they said “oh it’s just the computer from that past time being on there it’s fine it just needs to reset more” I had to sit on I-44 for 15 mins before it was able to run properly again. Made it to my destination. When returning home it did it again so they said bring it by. Brought it by and had a loner for 2 days. I was told I was crazy and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle. A month goes by and I go to Missouri again. That time I had my husband with me. So he took it in when we returned and said it’s not coming out of this shop until it’s fixed. A month goes by and they finally notify me that my transmission is going out and they had to replace it. Another month and a half go by and I FINALLY have my car back. Now I have a bunch of random lights that come on randomly, my cruise control glitches out and comes on by themselves! I’ve notified better business bureau that they are selling lemon cars. Also an embarrassing part is. I referred my friend to them and she is already on her second car from them as well. The first one went out before the paperwork was even signed! Not to mention on one of the times I was getting into a loaner vehicle one of the people was “helping me” clean my car out. He magically made sure he cleaned out where my wedding ring was. (I take it off for work because it’s too big). Well I called the dealership and told them it was missing kept getting a million different stories of they had it. Supposedly management found it. But know one thought once to call me and tell me they had it? I had to confront them! I don’t have a single good thing to say about this place!!!! It’s trash and so are their cars! Stay clear! More

Horrible Service Dept I have asked the service department to look at my Kia Soul 3 times now. It keeps jerking during take off, going up hills, getting on highways. I was told on the first complaint by Rick Persinger that it was because I wasn't use to the 7 speed transmission. The second visit I went in for a recall and asked Rick again to have someone look at it and or drive it. When I picked my vehicle up I was told it was because my over ride button was pushed. I asked wouldn't there be a light on the dash to indicate this and Rick said yes, but there was never any lights on the dash. My third visit on 10/29/19 for a oil change, I asked Rick again to have someone look at it. A gentleman named Brian sitting across from him said he would drive it for me but went to lunch for over 2 hours to take care of his ill dad, according to Rick. I refused to leave until it was looked at and or driven. I was at the dealership for 4.5 hours at this point. Jim from service finally came and drove it and said it wasn't shifing right and jumping at take off. He stated he would reset something on the transmission and if that didn't correct it that I could set up a day to leave it there and either him or Travis would drive it home, for a longer test drive. After another 30 minute wait Rick told me they would be giving me a rental. He stated that my transmission would not reset. I spoke to Jim after his second test drive in my Kia and he said the transmission needed to be replaced. My kia is a 2018 with less than 16,000 miles on it and it took months for the service department to listen to me and solve the problem instead of making up excuses. More

Ordered another part, another week. Part came in but was wrong part. They overnighted correct part. Finally done. The service manager was very nice the entire time. I just had a really bad experience. More

Didn’t fix my problem 3 different times I have had something wrong with my tire. It’s leaking air. I have taken it in 3 different times and it still has the same problem.
