We had the same issue with the engine light coming on. I believe it took my daughter two or three visits to figure it out. In the meantime we are getting diagnostic fees every time. The female who related the message to my husband was very rude and when he was telling her about the alternator she started talking really slow to him treating him as if he was dumb.
