BE AWARE! !! This place has gone too far. If you get their insurance, it's DEDUCTED EVERY 2 WKS. not monthly not twice a month. So some weeks they Wil still ded !! This place has gone too far. Little fun technicality they don't tell you. Also the car pmt is also deducted every 2 wks. So some months it's 960$ for one car and insurance. The car had problem from day 1 and they said they would address but stall and stall. The theft alarm they put on it kept going off rhe 1st week. Then ac went out. Each time they ordered wrong part. They let their phone ring and ring. You have to call over and over and waste alot of time just to get a response. They don't respond to emails. I have emailed them, our declaration page and copies of insurance showing we have full coverage now on this car so they can stop charging for insurance. Brandon lied telling us we could trade it in for better car in 12 months. But I recently found our from them it's 2 yrs of pmts not 12 months.it seems like a never ending story for a car that we just bought in August. I would neve recommend them to anyone. If they were upfront it would be better than this. Don't trust them. More

The interest rate is so high we’re paying $9.34 a day! With $600-900 dollar payments a month for a car whose A/C didn’t work, has a weird smell after a few weeks, wheel alignment was messed up. This place gave us a car whose AC broke down within 2 days then took 3 months to fix. We called almost everyday and went up there a few times. They kept saying the part wasn’t there or the guy wasn’t there. We didn’t test drive the car at night but the first night the windshield was so scratched up we couldn’t see anything, and the back windshield is so messed up with tint things are just a blur behind us. We kept calling and calling for them to finally fix the windshield and now the car makes a loud wind blowing sound when the car gets to 70. We asked them for a full check up of the car and still the wheel alignment was 7 degrees on a few tires when it should be 80 degrees. The inside of the car started falling apart after a few days or weeks of buying it. They never answer our calls in the service department or the payment department so we can take insurance off. They are just strait up trash and thief's. The manager needs to get it together and be a good honest man to his customers who trust him. I am saving y’all, please don’t buy a car from here. More

I'm going to provide everyone an honest and unbiased warning about this place and how to avoid a bad experience with them. I'm not a customer who missed a payment, I'm not someone who was repo'd, I'm ce warning about this place and how to avoid a bad experience with them. I'm not a customer who missed a payment, I'm not someone who was repo'd, I'm certainly not someone who was desperate for a car with them, I just wanted a car I could pay off in less than 3 years. In fact, I bought the same model/year of car that I returned to this dealership in cash. I purchased my vehicle in August of 2020, it was an older model c300. When I first received the vehicle, as soon as I drove off the light THE SAME DAY my air went out. They were nice enough to fix the air for me. The air then went out again, and they referred me to E-1 Auto Care in Arlington where they then paid for the repair again, the mechanic at E-1 advised me one of their mechanics put in an obviously used and broken part that they then replaced brand new. After that I noticed the car wasn't accelerating right, first initial issue was low level of oil was in the engine and the car very badly needed an oil changed. I fixed that myself, then the fuel pump needed replaced, then transmission issues occurred. This is all less than a month in addition to me taking the car to Mercedes to get the oil change and the Service A done on it. Throughout the entire process Adam and Ashley were ENTIRELY unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, and degrading, and both of them try their best to prevent you from knowing who owns the Dealership or contacting that individual. When I finally decide to give the vehicle back and buy a cash car was when I filed a claim with their in-house insurance due to a hit and run on the vehicle. All they did was painted over my damage, there were still dents, nothing was repaired, in addition to that they left my car on "E", all of my seats were pushed back and they stated my car was ready 3 days before I came to pick it up, and Adam claimed they had been trying to call me but he verified that correct number was on file. I was under the assumption someone had been driving around in my car and it smelled like cigarettes. Honestly, it might have been Adam considering the fact he had horrible personal hygiene. I then returned the vehicle, got call from my direct salesperson pretending they were going to remove it off of my credit, buying time for them to come and get the vehicle, which didn''t make any sense. Every time I call to discuss this they speak to me in a degrading manner giving me the mediocre break down of the voluntary surrender process, an d when I ask them if they can verify with the owner or with my salesperson they start getting loud and defensive and hanging up on me. I don't even like leaving reviews but today I called to discuss why they are still reporting it as an active auto loan and Ashley got extremely disrespectful and called me a racial slur. When it all boils down to it... AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN there are so many other buy here pay here's. Try Car's and Credit Master, Cars of Dallas in Garland TX sells amazing vehicles with no credit check and they charge 0% interest with low monthly payments! More
