I called on Tuesday after getting preapproved to the 3 different dealerships. Stephen Welch/Sales Manager at Mazda was very helpful, professional and friendly over the phone. He is the reason why I went after work to test drive the car and finalize the purchase. When I got there, the car was ready for me to drive. Stephen Welch put me in the capable hands of Shane Whitehead who was just a professional, helpful/friendly as Stephen. Even when I decided to switch cars I wanted to buy, no flake at all. I have bought several cars throughout the years and this was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I will recommend Midlands Mazda for anyone who is looing to purchase a car. The finance person was nice as well, but cannot remember his name since he was helping the regular person. More

We had trouble on a long road trip and were fortunate Seth Lyell, Service Manager takes their quote to heart..."Our obsession is your satisfaction". We had trouble on a long road trip and were fortunate enough to come here and meet Seth. He acted with great efficiency, made us a priority and diagnosed our problem. He explained with great communication to both my husband and myself what the situation was and what our options were. His goal was our goal...get us quickly and safely back on the road. Love the Mazda 6! I recently purchased my second Mazda 6. I loved the first one so much I upgraded to a 2017. The service, sales and finance departments are all top not I recently purchased my second Mazda 6. I loved the first one so much I upgraded to a 2017. The service, sales and finance departments are all top notch. I was in a hurry and wanted a new car fast. I was able to talk to Shane over the phone and tell him exactly what I was looking for and he found it the next day! When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready for delivery and even had a sign hanging in it with my name on it. Troy made the financial side of the transaction quick and easy. And Jonathan is amazing - he helped with the first Mazda 6 and I look forward to working with him again on the new one. More
