Leased a Ford Explorer from the Midland Ford dealership recently. I was skeptical to get another Ford vehicle due to an experience with a prior Ford I owned. Kashtin was a top notch sales consultant; he was very knowledgeable, polite, funny, and was able to answer all of my questions and put all of my concerns at ease. The finance officer, Trevor, made the finance portion a breeze. The manager, Casey, also stopped by to introduce himself. I've had one problem since, and the dealership had my issue fixed within 24 hours. I will definitely return to Midland Ford to see Kashtin for any future vehicle purchases, and I often refer him to friends and family who are in the market to purchase a vehicle. More
I purchased a slightly used 2024 Toyota with 12k miles on it. Was told it had a clean car fax and it presented in new condition. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable. So far I am enjoying and glad about my new used vehicle I purchased only nine days ago. America’s big dealerships are impressive structures that employ competent professionals, in general. But it is weird how you might go to one car palace and not find a vehicle you need, but you liked the vibe you encountered there. Later on you find the one vehicle that truly suits you at a competing dealership, but you also have to tune out the wide screen tv in their lobby that is blaring staunch political news that you don’t find palatable. C’est la vie aux etats unis. Just hope that you won’t need to invoke your used car warranty over the coming years of monthly payments. More

Finance guy said there is no incentive to order a new vehicle through dealerships, if you don’t buy off the lot, where as they have a chance to make more compensation off a customer, they don’t get much vehicle through dealerships, if you don’t buy off the lot, where as they have a chance to make more compensation off a customer, they don’t get much of a cut which transfers to them not giving customer any sort of incentive… More
