Above and beyond your stereotypical used car lot I went to Midgette to get a price on a vehicle they hadnt even listed yet, and left with my dream vehicle!! I was hesitant through out the whole proc I went to Midgette to get a price on a vehicle they hadnt even listed yet, and left with my dream vehicle!! I was hesitant through out the whole process because I was unsure about getting approved, and really didn't want a monthly obligation. MAS got me approved, got me a vehicle I wanted, and overall a very positive experience. There was no shady used car salesman slime, no bait and switch, no fabricated slogans or gimmicks to try and get me into something. Jeff understand within seconds I knew what I wanted, why I wanted it, and this car sold itself & didn't need any validation or salesmanship. As far as used car salesman/lots go I doubt you will find a better bunch of guys to work with as far as used car lots go. I got a super clean vehicle, super low mile, and SUPER rare vehicle for a fair price. With that being said MAS is just like every other used car lot out there. They xxxx near have a heart attack when you ask for them to move on the price even though there are 4 "INDUSTRY STANDARD" resources displaying & suggesting a lower price then what their sticker price was. MAS is just like every other used car lot out who will have an answer and a reasoning on why their vehicle is different and warrants whatever price is on there. MAS is just like every other car lot in America which has to make thousands off of every purchase which in todays world with so much information out there you would think someone would finally understand the consumer is just educated as the employee, and if I didn't absolutely fall in love with this vehicle or have total confidence that this will be the last vehicle I ever buy I would not have pulled the trigger! *************>>>>>Did they move on the price for me? Yes, but only $700 for removing a "family plan" package that includes check ups, car washes, oil changes, 3,000 mile warranty and other random things that is supposed to set them apart from the other guy. If it was free thats one thing, but to include that in your sticker price???? Come on thats border lining on fabricated slogan or made up 200 point inspection junk that ever car lot employs. I have no idea who in their right mind would want to pay an interest rate for 5 years on car washes & oil changes???? Throw it in or don't throw it, but don't charge for it after you already profit 4 digits off of me. Its oil changes & car washes a complete tax write off or business expense. If it comes out of your customer's pocket. They can't get any rebate or tax credit for it any way shape or form. Be a good business and take the tax write off! The only other thing that annoyed me was Jeff said he was going to get gas for the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Its not much but good gesture right?? Thats what I thought brought it back 3/4 full?@?@?@?@?@?@?@??@?@?????????????????????????? So I just signed papers for the bank to send you $24,000+ &$3,000 cash down, and you couldn't afford a $40 tank of gas??? The profit margin was so tight you could only afford $28 tank of gas???? It seems petty yes, but again its a business expense which means its a tax right off for you which means you get something positive out of that tank of gas other than a debited transaction on your financial account. And your customer walks away completely satisfied, and all it costed was a measly $12 more dollars. *********************************************************************************************** Those are my complaints which for a used car dealership is very mild. Its just the world we live in today. Compared to other used car dealerships MAS is very reputable, no pressure, has clean vehicles, and easy to work with. Just wish they woulda gone the whole way it would have been refreshing to work with a company that actually cares 100% about their customers, and not just 90% *********************************************************************************************** More
