Reid was extremely friendly and even offered to connect me with some people in LA to help me get started when I get there. The car was absolutely perfect- the newer version of the same car I traded in that I had loved. I got there, test drove the car while they appraised my old one, and drove off the lot with a great deal all in the same morning. I felt at every step of the way that I was being taken care of. All my questions were answered in terms I understood and I am so pleased with my new used vehicle and my experience there this morning. Even those who weren't working with our sale directly came over to congratulate me on my recent college graduation as news spread around the office. I'm so happy we chose midget auto to help me find a car for the next chapter of my life. More

When we got there he was very helpful in helping us decide which car would be best for us. Very down to earth and easy to work with. I haven't bought many cars but I can tell you that when I left this dealership I did not feel as though I had to buy or that they were saying things just to say them. And he personally called us to see how we are liking the corolla. I am very pleased with my purchase.They provided great customer service. Everyone that we spoke with was helpful and personable. And most importantly smiling and a few laughs. I would definitely recommend midgette auto to my friends and family. More

Happy to own my Nissan. This crew is the best! I had a great experience during this week in Midgette Auto with Jeff Hollon and Mark Toler. Personally hate dealing with local slow rhythm of business and bunch of bureaucracy but these two people made me happy. I was looking for a car, which can fit my limit of monthly affordable payments and new enough, so I could drive it without sufferings. Also I was really worry about service. I was not sure what kind of experience I would have. Long story short: Jeff showed me my options and didn't push to the side of one or another choice, and I decided that it is what I like. I was somewhere between Toyota and Nissan, and couldn't make a choice... it is a hard decision for me. Jeff organized test-drives of both cars I preferred, and showed me all difference between two cars I like. I made informed choice in the end, and got Nissan 2009 with extremely low millage and very affordable price. Marc and Jeff made all the paperwork. I obviously hate to do papers by myself so much, I always make bunch of mistakes. Guys did it all with me, I've been helped and never got even a bit of stress, never became frustrated. Also they went through that bunch of papers with me explaining everything regarding to my payments, car, insurance, warranty. It was so easy and sweet so I can describe this service as an Excellent at least. If I only could put 6 stars to this dealership I would love to do it. Thanks Jeff, thanks Mark. I am in love with my adorable Nissan Altima))) I had truly expected that dealership's visiting will kill all my nerves, but I got the best experience ever.
