We were very pleased with our experience at Middletown Nissan. We saw an ad in the paper and there were no games, the car was there and they honored the sale price. Middletown Nissan was by far the most accomodating and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. Ernie was our primary sales person and though we came to "look" only his admiration of the Altima and his know friendly staff I have ever dealt with. Phil worked on our financing and was able to come up with a deal that was very affordable. He was excelllent to work with. Dale showed us how everyting in the car worked and was very thourough and friendly while doing so. Our total experience was EXCELLENT. My husband was suppose to be taking meout to lunch and 24 hours later we had a new car! Everyone bent over backwards to make this deal happen. When we left each person we worked with came over to wish us luck and offer any additional assisatance we might need down the line. More

Overall the quality was good. Susan was great. She was fairly new to Nissan, but any answers she didn't have, she found out for me immediately. She also had excellent follow up, did not pressure me into any one particular purchase, and walked me through all the options thoroughly. The only slight issue I had was when we got to delivery day and we were dealing with the final financing issues with Dawn. I suppose it is typical car dealer stuff, but it seemed like they were looking for ways to drive the price I had negotiated up even higher. These issues involved nit picking rebate qualifications and paperwork that seemed to conveniently ignore previously agreed upon discounts. So, in all, the financing part was hasty and somewhat shady. Such are the ways of car dealers, I suppose. But, customer service-wise, I personally liked everyone I talked to. This is why I gave decent customer scores. Most everyone was very friendly and courteous and my experience with Susan was very positive. So, overall, I still have to recommend this dealer. More
I had a really good experience working with Middletown Nissan in leasing my new Altima. Bill was my salesman and he was very low key and pleasant. He understood where I was coming from and did not try to play games. When we got down to the nitty gritte Rob and Albert were involved and they also were easy to deal with. They did not try to act like they did not have room to negotiation, nor did they apply any pressure to purchase/lease the vehicle. I had gone to a total of five Nissan dealers in the state so I had a really good sense of what I would pay on my lease. The bottom line, in my opinion is they want to sell cars there - not take advantage of people. You have to negotiate a little bit and it is always good not to walk in blind (do your homework ahead of time), but as long as you are not unreasonable they won't be either. Lastly they don't say one thing and do another - which can happen a lot of places and you don't find out about it until you are there to sign papers. I told them about a dozen times in phone conversations and in person, that if the deal was different when we came to sign we would not be pressured into anything. They kind of chuckled and said we don't do business that way. I was a little skeptical because I thought all car dealerships did that - but they were true to their word. The signing was EXACTLY what we agreed to and not one penny more NOT ONE SUPRISE. They did not try to sell us any extras either. The whole transaction took about 45 minutes, and 35 of those were going over the car with us - the paperwork only took 10 minutes!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership - it is worth the drive from anywhere in the state if you want to be treated respectfully, get a fair price, and not have any dealership tricks played on you! Today i called Middletown Nissan for prices on a used Sentra. He called us back right away with the prices we asked for so we decided to head down to check them out. After getting there and looking at the cars with their prices i decided it was not in my price range as I am a 21 year old student with a part time job salary. He did everything he could to find something to fit my price range but still I was hooked on the Sentra. After sitting down and figuring out numbers i realized i still could not afford the car i wanted, so i had to leave. Long story short, Dale got me in a brand new 2010 sentra, that was even nicer than the one i wanted originally. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything, and made the experience nothing but wonderful with his bubbly personality. More

I have leased 2 new vehicles from Middletown Nissan, a 2004 Pathfinder Platinum Edition, a 2006 Nissan Altima, and most recently a pre-owned Infinity G35X AWD.....The entire staff is very courteous, and bends over backwards to satisfy it's customers. Quite frankly, no matter what car I was thinking of purchasing in the future, I would not even consider another dealer. Tommy DiCicco is the consummate professional, and has always made my wife and I feel very comfortable, and always made impossible deals a reality for us. This is very rare in the car business. Having been in the business myself 15 years ago, it is a pleasure to see their operation run the way I dreamed my dealership would have. Everyone is on the same page here. From top to bottom. Ric Casella, our salesmen in all of these deals, has always looked out for our best interests when selling us a car, and describing the details of all the many features and benefits on all kinds of different makes and models geared towards our desired driving experience. Dawn Brennan topped the last experience off with a financing deal that was so good, I couldn't pass it up. In this economy, I see my own business realizing downward trends, but when I enter this classy showplace at Middletown Nissan, it never surprises me as to why the desks are all full with "Buyers", and not shoppers, all truly enjoying the purchasing experience that they are clearly enjoying. I have recommended many of my friends and family already to this dealership, and have complete faith in the fact that when my friends and family visit this dealership, they will be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy when negotiating and financing this large type of purchase. Guided us through the Business Office at the dealership. Took the additional time to go over all of the details of our Maxima with my wife, ho would be driving the vehicle. Since the purchase, Dale has followed up with us in addition to taking care of a Mastercard credit which had not been processed.
