He replied sure. 4/5/2016 I called to set up appointments with my mechanic (a reputable service station) and the dealership told me when I would be doing this. I explained that I work 2nd shift 12pm to 10:30pm and wanted to pick up in the morning of 4/6/2016 and return it on the morning of 4/7/2016. I was told they don't have enough dealer tags to do it over night? (what kind of dealership doesn't have enough dealer tags?) I asked for the owners name and phone number to contact him to discuss. The office personnel said the owner was retired. I asked does the owner still own the dealership. The reply was yes. But I was flat out refused the request? I said something is fishy not to allow me to have vehicle checked out within a reasonable time. I was then told that I don't have to purchase any vehicle their?????? WOW very poor business practice's. I will report to BBB. I have purchased 3 vehicle's from them in the past and never met with this kind of resistance to best assist the customer! Don't even go to this business or waste your time there! Employees were arrogant and not good at their salesmanship. More

This dealership completely takes advantage of the predicament of credit compromised buyers. They take pride in the fact that they reposses over 50% of the cars financed. Stay away...there are more classy dealership available even if you are credit challenged. More
