Complex car issue — No Problem I had a parasite power drain on my 2003 Thunderbird. I have some mechanical and problem solving skills and set out to fix the problem myself. I reached a dead end and went to Middleton Ford to interview Mike in the service department. He explained the steps they would take to find the problem. They found the main module was faulty, replaced it and stayed on budget. All works now and I have my air conditioning back and am able to leave the car in the garage for a couple of weeks without having a dead battery. More

Sloppy Brought my truck in for a recall notice and an oil change. The day I got the truck back an engine light went on. Amazingly it wasn’t related to the recall....very hard to believe so I ended up paying for work that curiously started after the recall fix. The second issue was with the oil change. The oil change sticker wasn’t replaced and the oil sensor wasn’t reset. This is the second time this has happened in the past year. Simple things that I shouldn’t have to worry about. I purchased my truck at Middleton and my wife’s car as well. We had been happy with the service we’ve gotten in the past but lately I find myself asking why do I keep bringing my vehicles there for service. More
