Middleton Ford - Service Center

Recall problem, 3 week delay for check engine appointment. In July of 2015 I came in for the toggle throttle body recall. Was told my car was fine and there was no charge because of warranty. Was NOT told it was not replaced because the code did not come up, so I believed it had been replaced. On Friday 9/20/19 my check engine light came on-I called to have it looked at and took the first available appointment for 10/3. Over that weekend my car was sluggish and jerked at times which greatly concerned me. Monday 9/23 I called to explain my concern and asked to be seen before 10/3 and was told that was not possible, that appointments were 2-3 weeks out. Consequently I went to Jim's BP Amoco that same day, paid $142.50 to find out the throttle code came up. I immediately took the BP invoice to you and was told it did not matter, you had to do your own testing 10/3. On 10/4 it was replaced under warranty as it had not been done in 2015. Proper disclosure from you and a timely appointment (or at least reassurance my car was safe to drive) would have saved me the BP charge of $142.50! And no one offered to pick up and return my vehicle even though it required 2 service appointments back to back. More

Brought car in 3 times before radiator was repaired correct. I appreciated that, but then he became quite nasty to me on the phone. Even stating that he could simply keep my car over the weekend and not repair it on Friday as some kind of retribution for me complaining about their lack of attention to details. More

Not only did they take care of all this they noticed that her tire pressure warning light was on. And took it upon himself to investigateTo find that there was a screw into the tire they took care of it fixed at four for free which was really nice of them.
