Horrible service again and again I've had repeat bad experiences with these guys. I found a car i wanted and they were willing to work on the price. I told them to hold the car and i would be in the next day to have someone check it out to make sure i was getting a quality car. The next day i came in only to find out that after being on the lot for many months there was now someone else that wanted it. At this point i had already had my companion look at the car and was going to get it so while we sat down to work on the price they made us wait while the other interested party test drove the vehicle. Now she was also interested so they wouldn't work on the price. i should've walked out, but had my heart set on this car. I ended up getting it despite sitting for over hour waiting on them. My poor companion was literally losing sleep as he works third shift. That didn't concern them though. Now two years later i try over and over to get an oil change. I live 45 minutes away, so i try to time my visits. Every time i try they tell me the wait is about an hour and a half to two hours and to come back. I have told them that's not an option because i don't live close. They won't schedule an appointment with me either. So this time i thought i would be smart and call ahead. But no one would answer the phone. I tried over and over. Still no answer. I left a message to have someone call me back. No one has returned my call. AWFUL service! Don't go here! More
My first service done on my vehicle could cost over $1000. Their policy is to not sell a used vehicle with less than 50% break pad. They lied to me and are willing to break that policy. They do not operate in good faith and are not honest. This service will not be done here as they told me there is nothing they can do after I mathmaticly proved that there is no way I had 50% of my pads at purchase. More
THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TRUST! We bought our 2007 Ford Escape from Middleton in 2008. The car had been a lease and was in superb shape. Our sales rep (name unfortunately forgotten) was wonderful 2007 Ford Escape from Middleton in 2008. The car had been a lease and was in superb shape. Our sales rep (name unfortunately forgotten) was wonderful, listening to our needs and wants and steering us to the perfect 1-year-old car. We love the car. As of 2013 the car has over 100,000 miles on it. We tow a 1,000 pound tent trailer which has no brakes of its own. We have, for the most part, had the car serviced only at Middleton. We love the free-for-life oil changes, since regular oil changes are critical for the life of an engine. We have the car carefully checked at each oil change. The service department has NEVER, to my knowledge, recommended anything that the car did not actually need. Service costs have been impressively low. Service has been outstanding. We NEVER feel ripped off at Middleton. We were referred to Middleton in the first place by two other friends who both bought their cars here and have them regularly serviced here. TRUST is crucial to a dealer/owner relationship. We feel strongly that Middleton can be TRUSTED, and that is where it's at for us. More
