This dealer does not care about their customers. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP. THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES IN MADDISON!! I am on a cross country road trip with my 90 year old grandfather. I explained to TY in the service dept. that the front breaks on my 2013 F-150 need to be replaced. Ty told me that they have 25 appointments to do first and that I needed to leave the truck with them. He said they may not get to it today. I decided to leave and I called another dealership. That dealership told me that they could do my breaks at The quick lube center. So, out of curiosity I walked into the empty quick lube center at Middleton ford. Sure enough the manager told me they could change my breaks right away with no one in line in front of me. Of course I went to kaiser ford since they are the ones that told me about the quick lube center doing breaks. Why didn't Ty tell me that I could get my issue fixed at the quick lube center?... I think it just shows that he, and his peers don't care. (They had no customers in front of them when I arrived or even still when I left) I let Ty's manager know, and he apologized but also still let me walk out to the other dealer. Ty and his peers were just chatting and joking around as I left. I made sure to teach ty and let him know that he could have helped me had he simply suggested I get my brakes fixed 20 feet away at the still empty quick lube center. All he said was "ok". No concern. And no apology. His peers all heard my issue and none of them suggested the quick lube center to me. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT TREAT EACH GUEST AS A VALUED CUSTOMER. ITS NUMBERS. THEY HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING TO TAKE YOUR SPOT IS THEIR MENTALITY. More

Back and Forth combative Staff I purchased a new 2017 F150 from this dealer and at 17k miles started having significant issues with the auto-start-stop feature. In between episodes I purchased a new 2017 F150 from this dealer and at 17k miles started having significant issues with the auto-start-stop feature. In between episodes of getting stranded on the side of the road with a new truck, I would bring the truck in to this dealer just to have them tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with the truck or that they fixed the problem just to get stranded on the side of the road again. The staff member I worked with was combative and defensive when I told him I did not want part of my weekly routine to involve getting stranded in my new truck, bringing it in to them, having them tell me it works fine, and then have the truck keep breaking down. An interesting note: I discovered that they never created a log for the first time they inspected the vehicle. Very shady practices and equally combative staff that refuse to show understanding or willingness to go the extra mile for the customers that make their paychecks possible. More

Oil change Made an appointment online for an oil change only to find out when I got there that they don’t take oil change appointments. The service center knew that I needed an oil change but didn’t bother to let me know that those aren’t accepted. Apparently the service center doesn’t communicate with the quick lane. They did honor my appointment but it would be nice if the 2 departments communicate so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I had 2 little kids so waiting around for a long time was not an option. More
