2011 Ford F-150 Lariat Radio Replacement Not pleased. OEM radio ordered - $375 plus tax. About $430 for labor in 7.5 hours of wait time. Total bill $805. OEM replacement radio not working. No notification about what solution is. i could have spent $1,200 to get a new double DIM touch screen radio that is idatalink compliant which would allow all original functionality to operate. I almost to that point without a working radio. More

Maybe he should not be working with the public. It is sad I won’t come back because of your service rep. I came to your establishment quite often before and will not recommend to others. More
