That was true until my most recent Middleton Ford Quick Lane experience. I had a recall on the truck. I called and scheduled a time to drop off the truck for the recall. I also scheduled a battery replacement and oil change. I had no need for my truck that day, so I told the service writer that the service team had all day. It was my hope that similar to my past experiences that this would make it easier on your staff. The service department calls me to say the truck is ready. Great! I pull in just before 5:00 PM. Tye walks with me to Quick Lane to check out. I find the battery was the 650, not the 850, but as I was only charged for the lesser battery I chalked it up to my fault for not verifying the battery at drop off. Check out goes well. I walk to Kwik Trip to get my truck. It wasn't washed, but I guess I can't expect that every time. I drive to the car wash and all is good. I drive home and park the truck until Monday morning. On Monday morning, as I am trying to go to work I notice two large oil spots on my garage floor. I go in the house, call my office, change clothes and troubleshoot the issue. The oil filter wasn't tightened, and I had to clean my garage floor. This is the second time in 12 months I've had an issue with work performed by your Quick Lane team. I've brought vehicles to Middleton Ford for service for close to 20 years. I am shopping around for muffler and tire replacement for my wife's Escape. I'm hard pressed to find a reason to keep bringing our vehicles to your service group. More

Wrong Part After Arguing - Lack of Knowledge Needed a replacement battery circuit for my 2015 Ford Taurus. Was told that i needed an entire cable assy $350 + labor. Called back, sales rep says yeah we’ve got that part. $45. 10 minute replace. My tenacity saved me prob. $700. This is why I don’t trust dealers. Sales rep was nice and waited for me at least close to closing time to come back and pick up the part. More
