I used to get quick, accurate, well done I have been coming to this Quicklane for general maintenance for years and have started seeing a big decline. I used to get quick, accurate, well done service. However, recently I have seen a decline that has me looking for another place to service my truck. On a recent visit, I scheduled an appointment for a Works oil change. I arrived on time at 5, and found that my truck wasn't even started on until almost 6. Then the service took over an hour and I didn't get out until after 7. This was only basic service, and I should have been in and out in less than an hour total. During that visit, I asked for full synthetic oil and for them to replace all the lug nuts with some new ones I brought in. This was all recorded and typed in the service report, so it should have been clear to the tech that worked on my truck. After the service was done, I found out that they didn't use synthetic oil as requested or replace the lug nuts when they rotated the tires. Also during the service they mentioned that I needed a new air filter, which I declined because I was going to change that myself. Then after they were done, I found out they had replaced the air filter anyway. After arriving home I also found oily smear marks on the paint and my truck was dripping oil on my garage floor from excess oil spilled when replacing the oil filter. Overall it was a very poor experience and I will be looking for another place to take my truck for service. The only positive was that Troy was kind enough to not charge me for the oil change. More

Unexpected service was needed. I started having issues on the way to work. Was with in a mile of dealership. They got me, which was great. They made the repairs. Dishonest!! Issue #1: They quoted $500 to fix a problem that wasn't present in vehicle before dropping off. Once I declined repair stating I never had any problems with that part before dropping off, they CUT a wire inside my door to validate their claims. Found the cut wire later after returning home, quick spliced it back together, and suddenly everything was back to normal. Issue #2: Keys were stuck in ignition. Staff quoted 500$ to replace. I declined repair and then fixed in parking lot by googling a 2 second fix of a simple release switch inside console. I paid $700+ in the end for the actual problem (alternator). This proud Ford owner was utterly disappointed by this lack of integrity of this service staff. No excuse for this and I will never go here again. More

Scammers I brought in for a recall and asked to have them check out the sound my car was making. They told me it would cost $2800 to fix. I brought to another mechanic to get a second opinion. Most of what they told me needed to be replaced were perfectly fine. It ended up costing me $600 to have my car fixed. They are not trustworthy and will take advantage of you. I will not be back. More
