Return visit My front and back windshield washers both quit working around Memorial Day. I called to make an appointment for them to be checked out. It ended up be My front and back windshield washers both quit working around Memorial Day. I called to make an appointment for them to be checked out. It ended up being the motor and there was not a motor in stock, making for a return visit. Luckily my husband was able to make both trips as I still work and would have had to take 2 days off for this repair. Once the new motor was installed, the switch for the back windshield was also bad, but luckily that part was in stock. Add to this, we were leaving for a trip to New England the next week. I am a woman not mechanically inclined, so I depend on a dependable vehicle and a service department to get the job done. I have a 2017 Flex that had approximately 18,000 miles when this happened, so the vehicle is still under warranty. Multiple visits for a repair is inconvenient when you live about an hour away and work the same hours as the service department is open. More
200$ dish for warranty I had 2 leaking axel seals and I had a vibration in my car, jake said he could not duplicate, but fixed the axel seals, after he had them fixed, the v I had 2 leaking axel seals and I had a vibration in my car, jake said he could not duplicate, but fixed the axel seals, after he had them fixed, the vibration got worse, so I took it back to him, he said he could not duplicate, I allowed him to convince me there was no vibration, spent 2000$ on rims and tires thinking it may be from the previous owner, the last time I took it back he tried to tell me he could not duplicate, I told him I’d go on the drive and show the tech, he then told me it would be 200$ for diagnostic time for a warranty concern, after I talked to the gm I went on a ride with the service manager, duplicate both concerns I was having and they ordered a rear diff for my car, after they ordered it, jake called and left a voice mail stating several times that The feeling I was feeling was in the diff and not the trans and that I was wrong after the last phone call I received from jake and the taunting and antagonizing tone he had with I contacted the service manager and told him I refuse to work with Jake, and his demeaning belittling arrogance, also I purchased my car from another dealership, the car is under power train and jake told me I couldn’t have it serviced and Middleton ford for up to 30 days after purchase date More
