Wrong Part After Arguing - Lack of Knowledge Needed a replacement battery circuit for my 2015 Ford Taurus. Was told that i needed an entire cable assy $350 + labor. Called back, sales rep says yeah we’ve got that part. $45. 10 minute replace. My tenacity saved me prob. $700. This is why I don’t trust dealers.
