I want to take this opportunity to thank Doug Bieller, Mid-Towne Auto Center, for all of his efforts in helping me find the “car I have always wanted”. I had been searching for a 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbi Mid-Towne Auto Center, for all of his efforts in helping me find the “car I have always wanted”. I had been searching for a 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbird, for several months. I found one that interested me at Mid-Towne Auto Center, in Middletown, Ohio. I live in Louisville, Kentucky, so it was important to me that I find out as much about this car before making the 2 hour trip. I called Mid-Towne Auto Center on a Wednesday, and spoke to Doug Bieller. As I spoke to Doug, it was clear that he understood the importance of this purchase to me. He assured me that the car was as good as advertised in the on-line photos/video. I told Doug that I planned to come up to see the car on that Saturday. Doug asked me to call ahead to ensure the car’s availability and, if available, he promised to hold the vehicle for me until I got there to see it. The car was BETTER than advertised!! Doug Bieller was very knowledgeable about the car itself, as well as the vehicle’s ownership and maintenance history. There was no pressure, whatsoever, for me to purchase the vehicle. I found Doug to be friendly and honest. I was impressed by his willingness to share his personal values, and how they shape the way he does business. The car that I found at Mid-Towne Auto Center was the “car I have always wanted”. It was a beautiful 2002 Ford Thunderbird, in showroom condition, low miles/one owner, and competitively priced. I drove my “new car” home to Louisville that day!! I am grateful to Doug and everyone at Mid-Towne Auto Center for treating me so well.
