A huge regret of mine to have purchased a brand new, Braxton Creek 2022, Free Solo Fam trailer back on January 15th from Mid state RV sales rep Don Little and Manager Brandon Tarlelton in Byron, Ga. I had hoped to enjoy investing in the camper for having retired and served my country. First I waited nearly three weeks for a registered metal tag which I did receive so that I can take it and store it in Florida. I immediately drove back from North Georgia to Mid state RV on Febuary 10th to pick up and take my new RV to Florida. Sad to say, this dealership, really must've thought that unlike the brand new pristine condition that my investment was in when I bought it. Upon my arrival to retrieve, the trailer's floor is now damaged unlike the state that it was in when I did the walk through with the nice porter named Jason, who lead the walk through of my new investment weeks prior. Sadly, upon me expecting my trailer being new and ready for me to take with me. Don Little obviously seemed that I would overlook the fact I didn't see the evident issues as the damaged floor, the filthiness of my new investment inside and out, the toilet seemingly unwrapped, used and visibly soiled being present, very poor presentation of delivery, several directions were going back and forth among by Don and his immediate colleagues that inspected afterwards which resulted in me not being able to receive the delivery due to Don's report that the claim manager name Erica (who I yet haven't heard from) not being in and that it can take four weeks one porter there said to have floor replaced! Needless to say, I had to leave Byron, lose my RV storage spot that I had on a waiting list at the air base in Florida to someone else. That same week I escalated by reaching Brandon Tarlelton via email to express my frustration, that I reached out to Don who then called me three days later to say, he's working on it and no other follow ups since and my investment is still in their possession. In the meantime, I'm losing invested money by not utilizing what I purchased while making monthly bank payments for this trailer. I'm expressing my misfortune for all to know until there's a resolution and beyond. It's now Mid March, no resolution, no follow ups as I mentioned, In all seriousness, my money back would do wonders so that another RV business that possesses integrity and legitimately cares could benefit from me being a loyal and credible consumer! There's absolutely no way that I or anyone should be going through this. Having invested in Midstate-RV was a true waste of money and time. This business is a poor waste, buy elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. I'm in a deplorable situation as this dealership has shown no concern towards doing what is right by to undoing the wrong that that they're demonstrating to me. I will continue to express my displeasure to all military or civilian alike. God bless! More

Brian Dukes and the rest of the so called “team” are some of the worst salesmen we’ve ever dealt with. They will not respond or even talk to you once they have your payment. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! The Sales and Finance Dept are great, but the moment you drive your RV off the lot, that's where the nightmares begin. The Service Dept SUCKS!!! Been trying to get items fixed that were identified during our walk thru, but I can't get anyone to call me back. Buy somewhere else and save your self future headaches. I plan on trading up in 5yrs and you best believe they won't get my business again nor any referrals!!! More
Sales dept was excellent. Service dept SUCKS. I carried my 2021 Forrest River back for warranty on 9-2-21. The outdoor refridge quit working, the back up camera quit, The AC thermostat and I had already re my 2021 Forrest River back for warranty on 9-2-21. The outdoor refridge quit working, the back up camera quit, The AC thermostat and I had already replaced the electric tongue jack. Told them I needed it back by 9-29-21 for the next trip. Was told no problem. I went and picked it up 10-2-21. Only the AC thermostat had been changed. So I picked up the camper. Was told they would drop ship the items to me. The GM even said he would go to Lowes and get me a refridge. I told they they carry one like I had, because I already done research. As of 10-13-21 my warranty is STILL UNDER REVIEW. 6 weeks and NOTHING. These are plug and play items. Not like they had to replace the roof. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Even the GM don't care. Midstate RV was sold in June of 2021. More

This is so unreal. I will never buy from this group never again. They give you the run around all the time. Still wagon parts n now we are in to the extra warranty. That is a joke. You wasted your money. They just want to sell you a trailer and take your money n you will never hear from the again. Please don’t buy from these people. Wish I could talk to the owner of Mid State. PLEASE READ REVIEWS - you do NOT want to do business with Mid State RV Center. When you purchase a NEW 2021 Forest River 39' Toy Hauler and the slide outs will not come in when you get ready to bring it hom Mid State RV Center. When you purchase a NEW 2021 Forest River 39' Toy Hauler and the slide outs will not come in when you get ready to bring it home, this should have been our sign. Our first camping trip with our new camper during Spring Break, guess what....the slide outs want go out!!! We have continued to have problems with the slide outs, water leek, the slide out cutting the flooring, blown fuses, etc. We have been told by management at Mid State RV that when you buy a new camper you have to get the problems worked out! Never knew that with a BRAND NEW CAMPER you would have continuous problems. The General Manager (who by the way does TV advertisements, stating that Mid State RV Center is the Camping Experts), Service Manager Number 3 within 1 year, Salesman have states that the PROBLEMS will be resolved..... WRONG.....after taking it numerous to be fixed. It still is not repaired. Oh the stories they have told. We all know the last 16 months every thing is due to COVID 19, so no parts are available. It will be a while before we can fix it. Communication is terrible. From face to face visits and phone calls, the only reply is we will get it taken care of. NO YOU ARE NOT, it has been going on 6 months. To go one step further, don't buy a Forest River anything before you check out their reviews. Their ratings is about the same as Mid State, a 1!!!!! No wonder they work together. Birds of a feather flock together. Calls have been made to them but after 2 calls the calls are now blocked. It is terrible that business' to not care about their customers anymore. Camping is to be fun and relaxing but when dealers and manufactures don't do their job, it is a headache (more like a migraine!). Again, when you do business at your local dealer that doesn't care about service after the sale. It puts a very bitter taste in your mouth. It is crystal clear that all Mid State RV Center wants is your $$$$$. More
We bought a new 2021 Puma last year, and in our first year it has been at their shop for warranty work for over two months. It is there again and we can not get any answer as to when the warranty work c year it has been at their shop for warranty work for over two months. It is there again and we can not get any answer as to when the warranty work can be completed due to waiting on parts. We are a 100 mile round trip there and back, and they tell us we can come pick it up as we have a trip planned. Their customer service is definitely one of the worst and if we will never recommend or do business with them again. More
