A Blessed Experience!!! After dealing with debt, like most individuals do, I came to the conclusion that it was time to sell a long loved vehicle of mine to ease my stresses. After dealing with debt, like most individuals do, I came to the conclusion that it was time to sell a long loved vehicle of mine to ease my stresses. After much praying and deliberation, I went to Mid Missouri Motors and like an answer to my prayers, my vehicle was worth more than I had thought. In addition to the value of my vehicle, I was also able to purchase a used truck in peak condition of which I have always wanted and was always in need of on several past occasions (2012 GMC Sierra - Z71 4X4). With this being said, my prayers were further answered as I was approved at the lowest APR through my bank and able to pay off almost two high interest APR debts that have been thorns in my side ever since I retired from the military. I truly cannot express the blessed experience I had in dealing with members, Rick Sisco and Ken Harrison at Mid Missouri Motors and a special thanks to John Beckner, the "Product Specialist" whom assisted and help lead me in the right direction, ending in a positive outcome and a brighter future for my family. They welcomed us and treated us with extreme courtesy, genuine friendliness and went the "extra mile" to provide us with the perfect car. They searched the internet, and explained the pitfalls and dangers and told us the truth always. The took the time to explain the features of each car we looked at. When we decided on a car, they took the time to explain each feature of the bells and whistles. The owner,Julian, his son, Jeff, an the financial specialist, Tick, and Sales Specialist, John, were the best sales team we have ever experienced throughout our long life. A rural dealership that exceeds expectations My Excellent rating for Mid Missouri Motors is based upon a myriad of reasons which all stem from my dealings with them in the past; my current busine My Excellent rating for Mid Missouri Motors is based upon a myriad of reasons which all stem from my dealings with them in the past; my current business with them in the present; and my potential future business with them The past While serving on active duty, I purchased my first Cadillac (i.e. a 2003 black on black, luxury sedan Deville) in 2005; I loved the color, make, and model of the car. Over the next 6-years, I decided that I would stay a “Cadillac Man” when considering another vehicle. In 2010, I returned from Iraq and was stationed at Ft Leonard Wood (FLW). As fate would have it, my Cadillac needed servicing; thus my relationship with Mid-Missouri Motors was born. I immediately noticed how kind the staff was, to include the honesty of the service department, for they were always looking for ways to save me money regarding my repairs. Come 2011, I decided that I would purchase another Cadillac. Having purchased numerous vehicles before, I dreaded the entire buying process. You already know why…pushy salesmen, price negotiations, and the like. To my amazement and delight, my sale representative was kind, accommodating and honest. There were no black on black Cadillac sedans on the lot, so he allowed me to drive a red CTS. I liked the vehicle, and considered buying it, but my salesman, discerning that I really was not satisfied, stated that he could execute a search, for a newer black on black Cadillac. I was literally blown away. I said, “You would do that for me”? His response, “Of course, because I want you to be satisfied and not have to settle”. To my enjoyment, he found a 2011 used DTS, black on black, Cadillac in Omaha, NE with 21,000 miles on it. I loved it, and drove it until the end of July 2017. Before I move on, it would be a travesty, if I failed to highlight the uprightness of the Mid-Missouri Motors services department. Before my 100,000 warranty expired, I brought my vehicle in because it needed major work done on the engine due to a persistent oil leak. Believing it was fixed, I drove the vehicle for several thousand miles only to find that the leak grew worst. So I returned back to the dealership for repair. It was determined that the fix would be major, involving engine removal, several parts, to include several days of labor. The service department, acknowledging that this was an existing problem, fixed my vehicle, and didn’t charge me a dime. Needless to say, I bought pizza for the whole staff that day…what a blessing!!! The Present (August 2017) After 165,000 miles, my 2011 DTS had seen better days, it seemed like I was in the services department more than I was on my job. Therefore, I made a conscience decision that I would pursue another black on black Cadillac…and why would I go anywhere else? My Mid- Missouri Motors sales representative, John Beckner, was a consummate professional. I told him what I was looking for, to include my budget, and he commenced to finding me a newer Cadillac; consequently, within days he found exactly what I was looking for. In retrospect, my first interaction with Mid-Missouri sales was great, but I found this purchase to be outstanding. Why? It was the attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, and demeanor of my sales representative. Through Mr. Beckner, I found out that Mid-Missouri Motors sales representatives are not car salesmen, but “Product Specialists”, who consider customer vehicular satisfaction paramount to their vocation. I picked up my XTS, sedan, black on black on 8/5/2017, with my requested window tinting. I still don’t know what all the buttons do, but I’ll have fun figuring it out. The Future My wife’s vehicle is getting a little long in the tooth, and I already know where I want to get her car from…Mid-Missouri Motors. If they were to do another commercial, I’d be their volunteer spokesmen, because I believe in their business. As a final note, I’d like to speak candidly, and with much conviction…As a Black American, Mid-Missouri Motors has always treated me with the utmost respect, kindness, and congeniality. And while that’s to be expected, it has not always been manifested unto me in Missouri. To be brutally honest, I have gone to places in town and in outlying areas, where I didn’t feel welcomed, or even valued, but at Mid-Missouri Motors, I am always treated…well, like family. So as long as these quintessential qualities exist; they will always have my business. May God continue to bless them in all that they do. More

Rick in financing was awesome, helping ensure my trade would go smoothly and getting us in and out quickly. And Ken helped with his own knowledge of the vehicle and it's previous owners. It was excellent service, top to bottom. Only issue with the vehicle is a possible fuel solenoid or gas tank neck failure keeping me from filling up by more than a dollar or two at a time, but I have full confidence these folks will fix the issue should one arise.
