After we agreed on a payment, they kept me there for hours only to find out they added two years to the term. Over ten thousand dollars additional. The service department recommended a lowering kit and brand new bars. ?!?!?… A low profile seat was all I needed and I wouldn’t lose ground clearance. I realized then they were not going to “take car of me”, they were just trying to take me for every penny they could. Never again will I buy anything from Black Top HD. They already had a bad reputation and it’s only getting worse. Their customer service called and asked me how they did over a week later. After I told her she said someone will call me back to try to make it right. It’s been over a month. Nothing! I contacted HD main headquarters and filed a complaint. Still nothing. Whatever you do, don’t go to Black Top HD! Head south to Osage Beach HD or west to Sedalia HD. Heck! Go anywhere BUT Black Top HD!!! More
