Lost Keys I lost my keys while on vacation but didn't realize it until I was standing in the Michigan City train station parking lot with no keys, 3 children, a I lost my keys while on vacation but didn't realize it until I was standing in the Michigan City train station parking lot with no keys, 3 children, and way too many suitcases and bags. We couldn't get into the car and had no keys to drive the car. I called Castle Ford Lincoln first to find out if they could make the keys and talked to Joe. He was so kind, friendly, and supportive. He let me know what I had to do, what to expect, and estimates on cost. The customer service from the very first call, through the time I received the new keys was exceptional! The entire staff went above and beyond to help us out! I don't need a new car yet, but when I do I will drive down to Michigan City to buy it from Castle Ford because I know they take wonderful care of their customers! THANK YOU! More

Cold and miserable day but friendly speedy service! Good service, nice employees I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I had planned on staying and waiting. When I took my car in, Volume clarified that it would actually take a couple hours. They offered me a ride home but I was able to call my husband for a ride instead. Everything else about my visit was excellent and the delay in waiting for my husband allowed me to go next door and do a little shopping! Volume was very nice and polite. I was pleased with my experience. More
