i was originally quoted 6-7 days. i was quoted $1200 for parts and labor. I called on day 8 they said the person had not touched my repair yet. day 10 i call and they said the guy couldnt repair and was sen parts and labor. I called on day 8 they said the person had not touched my repair yet. day 10 i call and they said the guy couldnt repair and was sending for a replacement. 10 days later my part still hasnt arrived and still no e.t.a. or ability to track the shipment. all along im paying $40 a day car rental and no loaner was even offered even though they knew i was inconvinienced 2 weeks past their quote. i had to finally ask for one for the last couple days. when i went to pick up the vehicle there was no real remorse. i was only given $50 off my original quote even though the labor quoted was less than needed since the repair didnt happen only a replacement. on top of that there was oil and grease all over my gear shift, my door, the passenger seat and middle compartment. they didnt clean up after themselves or even bother to vacuum or free car wash like other dealers do even for an oil change. overall communication was nonexistent and the process was a mess. not to mention i asked to havr some dash lights looked at and they didnt even bother because they said it would take another 3-4 day... who does business like that? Overpriced service. Charged me nearly full price to rotate tires as a ticket item when brakes were fixed, and tires were already removed. Quote for service much than anticipated. Had vehicle looked at for radio not working. Charged $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I pic $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I picked up vehicle. Got a jump start and left. Following morning the battery was dead again. Got it jumped and went back to dealer. Service manager with fancy shows explained that the battery was 6 years old and wasn’t there problem. Not much to be said that is positive after getting fleeced for a non fix, then having to replace a battery after it was drained by dealer. I was told my replacement radio would come in in one to four weeks. Quite a gap. This radio controls everything inside the vehicle and it could take four weeks for parts? This is not a service department. It’s a “you will get it whenever we xxxx well please, charge you an arm and leg, and not back anything after they break your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off. Terrible experience so far.
