Car was sold to me with a damaged engine. Though the warranty covered the repairs, I was without a car for 2/3 weeks. Rental only covered 1 week. When the car was returned to me, I was told that it was in better condition than when I bought it and that it had a brand new engine - 1. that was a lie, it is not a brand new engine. 2. Gas was left on empty due to probably having to empty it out for service but no heads up. 3. Steering wheel now squeaks. 4. Pedals shakes when I turn now. 5. A broken handle still was not fixed (one of the issues immediately noticed after bought and one of the reasons why I took it in) 6. And car left me stranded just 3 days after I picked it up because items were not put back in place correctly under the hood. More

The lady Marie I was dealing with was super! But the fact that they had my car more then a whole day even with a appointment. Not happy about that. The labor was expensive. Wasn’t terrible service. They didn’t do a good job of keeping me informed when the repair was going to be done. I was told it would be done in (after parts were recieved) one day and I never got a call o keeping me informed when the repair was going to be done. Was informed that it would be done the following day. 4 business days later I recieved my vehicle. I just would have liked to have seen better communication from the service department. My appointment was at 10am. I will never buy a Dodge vehicle again only because Elkhart service terrible n now you are too! You lost me 3 new Dodge vehicles! All because the sevice department doesnt equal as the Sales department. One you enjoy and trust! The other you never want or will meet again! More
