Great service came in for a replacement key fob for 2009 Jeep grand Cherokee; was able to get the key fob and programming without any problems; while I was there they found an open recall on my Jeep and was Jeep grand Cherokee; was able to get the key fob and programming without any problems; while I was there they found an open recall on my Jeep and was able to take care of this at the same time. The service advisor even noticed a small clunk when shifting gears and told me I needed some transmission fluid, he put transmission fluid in for me at no cost and it resolved the issue. overall I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. on top of all that they gave me an EMT first responder discount. just getting an oil change drove into the service write-up area, expecting to have to wait a bit but the service writer came right out and greeted me.
