The staff is very friendly. The process of the car repair was seamless. Everything was explained up front. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. From the sale of the vehicle to the service now everything is awful. I have never been more dissatisfied. My RAM truck went in for service with transmission issues 4 times before approval was received to put in a new transmission under vehicle warranty. The entire process took over 5 months. This latest visit t 4 times before approval was received to put in a new transmission under vehicle warranty. The entire process took over 5 months. This latest visit the truck was at the dealership for 15 days. It was there for 8 days before receiving approval from Chrysler to do the work. In all we were without our vehicle for 3 weeks. The process was very slow and frustrating. While the employees at the dealership were friendly and helpful, their hands were tied and unable to proceed in a timely and reasonable manner. More
I would never buy or service a vehicle here. Took my car in for a warranty replacement part on the lower drive shaft and the service tech put my steering wheel back on crooked and it caused my steering tilt in for a warranty replacement part on the lower drive shaft and the service tech put my steering wheel back on crooked and it caused my steering tilt sensor to freak out and I almost got rear ended with my 4 year old son in the car because the tires on my car locked up bc the vehicle thought I was about to get in a collision with no one in front of me. Apon reporting this, the service manager Justin laughed at me. I have never wanted to hurt somebody so badly. If you laugh about my children’s safety you are a piece of xxxx and need your business SHUTDOWN. I had a newborn baby die this year that never had a chance to come. You’re lucky is all I have to say.
