I went for an oil change and was charged over 200$ but my truck is still reading that it needs an oil change! And I was told they were going to wash my truck and didn’t do that either. Dealership and people are nice and friendly, I answered no to recommending this dealer because of the price for the service and my service was not actually completed. This was partially due to the warranty no to recommending this dealer because of the price for the service and my service was not actually completed. This was partially due to the warranty company but I would have expected the service team to be more helpful in working with the warranty company to resolve. That didn’t happen. My issue with price was because the part I had replaced can be bought (OEM) for about $50 at Autozone or Advance Auto. I was charge over $200 for it. I understand the dealership needs to make money but that markup is ridiculous. More

I told my truck there to get the check engine light off and they had to rewire the whole thing and then they found something else with the engine and said they would have to replace that part but they didn and they had to rewire the whole thing and then they found something else with the engine and said they would have to replace that part but they didn't know when they would be able to get it to me so I took the truck home so I could make some money to pay for the part they did all they could but when you can't repair it cuz they couldn't get the parts and I blame Chyrler for that for having it ready to go with parts More

I was on my way to Chicago and they were able to squeeze me in not only for my oil change but a tire rotation and bal dealerships service department.
