Rude, under prepared, and incorrect mechanical diagnosis. They said I had a blown headgasket and would cost 3k. I took it somewhere else and it was actually only bad thermostat. Came here because they helped me out in a jam with a flat a flat tire when I had no lug nut key and my other dealer said they couldn being a recall.
