I had done the text survey but thought there were more pages and submitted the review before I had a chance to explain what happened. I scheduled my Jeep Gladiator for Tuesday August 6th to have the clutc pages and submitted the review before I had a chance to explain what happened. I scheduled my Jeep Gladiator for Tuesday August 6th to have the clutch recall work completed. After the drop off, Amy was awesome at keeping me updated as to the progress of the work and was super helpful. I was called Wednesday and told that the work had been completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. I asked if it was ok if I could just come first thing Thursday since it was later in the afternoon, and I had a long drive to get there. We drove to Mishawaka Thursday morning to pick it up, and when I went out to the vehicle, it would not go into 1st gear at all, making it undriveable. This only tells me that a function test and a test drive was not done at all. It had to have been backed out from the work bay into the parking spot that it was sitting in when I got there. If either of those had been done, the repair tech would have known right away that there was something wrong. At no point would the vehicle have been driven in a forward direction without seeing that there was an issue. At that time, it was advised that I need to leave it there again to be looked at so the problem could be remedied. We did leave again, and Amy again got ahold me saying that it was completed later on that same day. Like I said before, all of the counter staff was awesome in helping me with my questions and concerns, but as far as returning for any service work, I will be real hesitant to return to your dealership. We have tried to remain consistent in keep our business with your place. We have 3 other Jeep dealers between our house and your dealership. I try and remain loyal to you because we have bought 5 vehicles from you in the past few years and your sales and financing staff etc have been awesome to work with and would love to continue to return to you for our vehicle needs whether purchasing, or for service related issues More

Just has my 2017 Ram in for the exhaust manifold replacement, Worked with Mike in service even know the final cost was more than the estimate. My husband took his Chrysler 300 in for a few problems, one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem of the overheating, they had no idea. That is the reason we took the car to a Chrysler Dealer in the first place. They finally did a couple of things to fix the overheating and they called my husband saying the car was ready and charged him for fixing the overheating and the ABS System module. When my husband went to drive away, the ABS light was still on. He went back in to the service area and the guy said "Oh yeah we had to order the part" they had charged my husband for a job that was not done. Now it's two weeks later and he can't get anyone to call him back. He has called at least 7 times, no one will call him back. I think he was dealing the Mike and he also called his boss. So we paid for something that wasn't done and they are in no hurry to let us know when the part comes in. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend them again. More
