Disappointed in my serviceman Jeff. I dropped my vehicle off for recall work and asked them if they could do a diagnostic. They assured us that it was no problem. They kept putting me off 3 days later they off for recall work and asked them if they could do a diagnostic. They assured us that it was no problem. They kept putting me off 3 days later they informed me that they were unable to get truck to pull codes. When I asked Jeff how long they drove vehicle they said 1/2-1 mile. I was upset how could you get a truck to pull codes on such a short distance especially when the speed zones around lot are 35mph. We picked up the vehicle end of 3 day and on way home the issue occurred (mind you we only live 5.1 miles away) my son and husband returned with truck and on the return issue occurred 2x. When I called car lot to let them know. Jeff said that we could leave it and they would get to it when they could. He stated that he” didn’t want to take food off the employees plates.” We paid $151. for an incomplete service. Here it is Monday and I haven’t heard anything from repair department. Very unprofessional staff. What should have taken 15-20min to do has taken almost a week. More
