Our brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland broke down and was towed to Michiana Jeep. We were 1250 miles from our home in FL. The Michiana Jeep Service Advisor was rude to us and would not tell us down and was towed to Michiana Jeep. We were 1250 miles from our home in FL. The Michiana Jeep Service Advisor was rude to us and would not tell us when they could look at our Jeep or give us any idea when it might be fixed. The service advisor said “Do I look like I have a crystal ball?”and said “Don’t call us we’ll call you!”After about a week with no loaner car or rental car provided and no word on when our Jeep would be fixed, we returned to FL in a rental car at our expense. 16 days after our Jeep arrived at Michiana Jeep they called us at home in Florida and said our vehicle was fixed, come and pick it up. Due to prior commitments this was not possible so we requested Jeep Customer Care transport the vehicle from Indiana to Florida which they agreed to do. 38 days after arriving at Michiana Jeep, our vehicle arrived at Gettel Jeep in Florida. However, the vehicle still was not fixed and would not start to get it off the transport trailer. Further, we learned from the transport driver that our Jeep would not start or run when it was loaded onto the transport at Michiana Jeep in Indiana. A jump box was required to load it onto the transport. The Gettel service man, transport truck driver, and myself had to push the vehicle off the transport in Florida because it would not run. And, after inspection, it was discovered that someone or something had urinated on the rear floor mats of our vehicle while the Jeep was in the possession of Michiana Jeep in Indiana. Under no circumstances is this acceptable. As of this writing, it has been 46 days from when our Jeep was towed to Michiana Jeep and we have still not received a fixed and sanitized vehicle from our local Jeep dealership. More
I was referred over there today from another dealership due to a recall on my vehicle. I was put in contact with Jeff Bailey in the service department. Let me just say, he was amazing. Searching for a vehicle several years ago, I was off put from the purchasing side, so was a little leery when I was sent there today. Because of Jeff my thoughts have been completely shifted, especially for the service department. WELL DOME! More

Super fast service for a recall part that left my vehicle undrivable. They fixed it the same day the car was dropped off and programmed to sets of keys for me too. Excellent service. undrivable.
