Dealer doesn’t care about updating a customer when things change . I was there for a service that. Would take 2hrs, left the vehicle, called after 3hrs, I was told the mechanic was still working on it, calle change . I was there for a service that. Would take 2hrs, left the vehicle, called after 3hrs, I was told the mechanic was still working on it, called again after 5hrs, Same thing then I decided to actually show up at the dealership after the 8th hour, the vehicle was « Done » in parking….. asked to topp off fluids, lied about doing so. Sure enough no fluids were topped off. They could’ve just simply been honest if they forgot. More

I just purchased a used vehicle and it needed a repair i took it back in three days after purchase. It’s now been a week and still waiting on part.
