The people who work at that dealership are absolutely the nicest people! I felt like a welcomed guest in someone’s home. The waiting area was clean and inviting. I was offered a ride home while my Jeep was nicest people! I felt like a welcomed guest in someone’s home. The waiting area was clean and inviting. I was offered a ride home while my Jeep was serviced. My Jeep was fixed and washed when I picked it up. A special thank you to all. More
I have always loved this dealership love the sales people, the finance department, and the front desk girls, which is why I chose this place to purchase another car in less than 2 years. They understo people, the finance department, and the front desk girls, which is why I chose this place to purchase another car in less than 2 years. They understood me and what I needed, and got me into what I thought was a great deal for myself and the company. However, that quickly changed when about 2 weeks after owning the car my check engine light went on, I took it in and the service department is so rude. They said I would have to pay a $199 diag fee and then I had a $200 deductible. Needless to say, I was not happy and went to speak to my sales rep, who then got his manager, she spoke with someone, and they ended up waiving the fee, when the manager spoke with the service guy about it, he lied to her and said that he never said that. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, as the service department there has for the last 3 years. About 2 weeks later, I’m out golfing and on hole 7 it started to rain, I had taken off the front 2 panels of the roof, prior to golfing and there was no sign of rain all day, I figured it’s a JEEP, they can withstand some weathering. By hole 9 it had stopped raining and I got in the car, wiped down the inside a bit and drove home. I parked, went and got ready for work, and on my way to work noticed that nothing worked on the steering column, took it into service in the morning and, again, I get the same little cocky, arrogant kid, who tells me that jeeps are NOT supposed to get wet. I laughed and said “come on!!!” So he tells me it’s gonna be another $199 diag fee, and more than likely my warranty won’t cover it. Now mind you I haven’t even gotten my tags yet or made my first payment. I again contacted my sales rep and he contacted the manager they were waiving the fee again but couldn’t do anything. I let them look at it to which the service department told me it was going to be over $700 they don’t have the part and they have no idea when the part will come in, he also told me that it MAY NOT EVEN fix the problem, I asked for a rental since they don’t know when it’s going to come in, and they said they don’t do that. So I came in and retrieved my car, I talked to the finance manager Jimmy, who BTW is awesome, I talked to Matt O, my sales rep who is ALSO AMAZING and I cancelled my warranty after they both listened intently and politely to my woes and irritation. When retrieving my car from service, the kid, Jeff, knew I was upset, and asked me what was wrong and off I’ll be bringing the car back when the part arrived. I told him no, I would not be doing business with them ever again as they are rude, impolite, arrogant, talk to fast, don’t explain anything, and talk over you with no intention whatsoever of finding a resolve for issues. I told him I will be writing a review and I would be giving his department all zeros and if I could, I would give him worse than zeros, to which he replied “thank you Miss Renner, because just so you know when we get a completed survey, I get $200.” I thought this was COMPLETELY unprofessional and basically par for the course with this horrible service department. I am NOT happy whatsoever, the company has offered no resolve and just continues with the rudest customer service I have personally ever encountered. I will definitely be telling everyone I know, and even people I don’t. I hope that MCJDR , can eventually find a medium amongst the sales department and the service department where they can peacefully coexist because it is clear to the customer that they currently do not.
