Routine oil change & inspection & tire rotation on 3/17. Three weeks later overheating engine light appeared on my 2 yo SUV and stalled. Coolant was low & no leak per my local mechanic. Michael was very unprofessional. I never received any updates while my vehicle was in the service center. Instead I had to call on my own and get updates myself. Mike is an out and out liar. Do not trust him. He told us out vehicle was ready for pickup and charged us nearly $900. The vehicle didnt start and he said "maybe the battery is Do not trust him.
