Bought Chevy SUV I bought this vehicle in Feb 2017 took it to Florida for spring break. We turned the AC on since we were in Florida and it didn't work. I didn't think of trying it since it was Feb in Indiana and cold. I also had three other things wrong with it after buying this Chevy. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have recently taken this vehicle in Warsaw to get oil changed and they believe this Chevy Equinox I bought had been wrecked due to all of the new stuff on it and it goes back to why the AC doesn't work. This dealership didn't of course mentioned any of the four issues I've had, which supposedly they check them out before putting on lot for sale. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
Extremely rude service, staff member TOOK MY CAR OFF LOT I purchased my jeep from this dealership and after they got my money, left me with little guidance and would not return my calls. Getting my oil changes from them is like pulling teeth, they are very hesitant to part with any service for free. Dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and waited in the lounge for a shuttle drop off (very good shuttle service, friendly drivers). But saw a blonde, short-haired, female employee get in my car with another employee, drive it off lot, and come back without the passenger. My car was used as a shuttle by the employees and I was never asked for permission for that to happen. I wonder if they use cars like this all the time. On top of that, I was never called when my vehicle was ready, I had to call them. My car was not cleaned as it normally is, and there was no sticker telling me when to change my oil next. I have no idea if my car was even serviced. More

I graduated from University of Michigan with my BBA and went to school with a lot of students who's parents are FCA employees. After speaking with a Jeep Controller, he was disappointed in the poor customer service at this dealership, and advised me to go elsewhere. On 03/14/17 Michiana had me sit for over an hour before letting me test drive any vehicles, where at Sorg Dodge (Goshen, IN) they had my vehicle ready to test drive as I pulled in the lot, before they ran my credit and talked prices. The manager and salesman were rude when I was sticker shocked at the lease quote. I ended up leasing the same vehicle for $5,000 less ($125 less per month) at Sorg, and I was willing to drive an hour away from where I live in Mishawaka just to avoid going back into Michiana again. Love my new 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk! I was able to be approved completely on my own for 380/month and without a cosigner, which is something that was important to me as this is my first vehicle. I'd like to note that my mother went with me to Goshen and is in the process of purchasing a Wrangler Unlimited with Sorg Dodge because of how impressed she was with their team and the vehicle itself. Seems like Michiana really missed out on a whole family interested in the Jeep brand. More

I visited here because of their add on the radio stating credit amnesty if you bring home a certain amount every week. I know i have far from perfect credit, which is what drew me in. Not only did they run my credit 15 times to try and get me approved, they then told me i needed a co-signer. Not a huge deal on the co-signer part, got one and then spent a good 4-5 hours at the dealership getting everything done and leave with a used car only to have them call 2 weeks later and say that we weren't approved and had to return the car AND they kept the downpayment. Do not buy from here unless you like headaches, being lied to and treated like garbage if you aren't "good" enough to buy one of their vehicles. More

The accelerator got stuck on the highway, I had to rush it back because they didn't install the GPS system the bank required, and also to resign the paperwork because they had done it incorrectly. Then had ano appointment set and got told upon arrival that I had no appointment. The transmission is going out and needs fixed badly. I reported this on the 23rd and have been put off repeatedly. I had an appointment today and was supposed to given a loaner vehicle. Instead, they had me driven to Enterprise where I was supposed to pay for a loaner vehicle. Uhhh, my first car payment isn't even due yet, why in the world would I pay to rent a vehicle? Now I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for sales to get here to see if they have the loaner they previously promised me. Honestly, I would go to a buy here pay here lot before I ever ever ever did business with these people again. More

matt said we can fix your top for $125.00. I TALKED WITH MATT AND HE WROTE UP MY SERVICE ORDER TO HAVE A BAD ALTERNATOR REPLACED. DURING OUR CONVERSATION I TALKED WITH MATT ABOUT MY CONVERTI I TALKED WITH MATT AND HE WROTE UP MY SERVICE ORDER TO HAVE A BAD ALTERNATOR REPLACED. DURING OUR CONVERSATION I TALKED WITH MATT ABOUT MY CONVERTIBLE TOP NOT BEING ABLE TO GO DOWN. IT HASN'T WORKED FOR TWO YEARS .I ASKED IF THERE WOULD BE A DIGNOTIC FEE ON THE TOP AND TOLD HIM THAT IT APPEARED THAT THE PUMP FLUID SEEMED TO BE LEAKING OUT OF THE CONVERETIBLE PUMP. TOLD HIM THAT I ADDED FLUID, BUT THE FLUID SEEMS TO LEAK OUT OF THE CONVERTIBLE PUMP. TOP WILL NOT GO DOWN. I ASKED HIM TO PUT THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE ON THE ALTERNATOR, BECAUSE I KNEW THAT ITEM WAS TO BE REPLACED, AND HE SAID "DON'T WORRY, WE WILL TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR TOP.TOO. Ignored my voicemails, wouldn't admit to the mistake, wouldn't add the part, and even offered for ME to pay for it. I had to finally engage the general manager and was sent the part over a month and a half after the purchase. Salesperson is unable to admit a mistake and isn't capable of handling conflict resolution. Instead of treating me as a valued customer, he tried to ignore the issue and hope it went away. More
