Victor Sheetz (financial manager) was rude, unprofessional, and did not display any customer service value. Showed frustration in his tone of voice and facial expressions. Was in a rush to get done with paperwork. Vehicle was not detailed. Trash was found in the center cup holders. Crumbs found in the center counsel. Papers found underneath seats. Guitar pick found in back of the vehicle. Inside of the front passenger side window was dirty. When brought to salesperson’s attention, the response was given that it was hot back where they detailed the vehicle at. More
