Annette is always very friendly and helpful. When paying for my service, I opted to use a check from my savings account rather than pay by debit card since I needed more work than expected. Brian in the Service Department was ready to help immediately. He was able to get my vehicle in right away and got my Emissions Inspection done quickly. I made an appointment for routine service, but arrived a few minutes late due to weather. However, that was not a problem for these people. I had a nice cup of coffee, watched a little tv, did a few sudoku puzzles, and before I knew it, they were calling my name to tell me my car was ready. Brian appears to be in charge of online service appointments, and he had me all set up for when I arrived. Annette took care of me at "checkout," making sure I had my receipt and my keys. Everyone is so nice, relaxed, friendly and accommodating at Jerry's--some places love you when you're buying, but treat you like a bad smell when you come in for service. But I have been coming in for maintenance for a little more than a year, and the people here are very professional, and good at what they do. More
